Coffee actually came out of my nose.

There are a ton of reasons to knit right now. There are babies to be born, what seems like a zillion turning One, the "I'll make things for 5 people" Facebook commitment, and the fact that I have yarn coming out of my ears. Only thing is, once Spring begins it light dance across the frozen tundra up here in Vermont, knitting seems like a waste of time. There already seems to be more garden talk than knit talk amongst the ladies in these parts. Our brains are moving from Merino and silk, to compost and seeds. Perfectly natural I suppose. But you can't give a newborn a tomato...

But apparently, you can turn them into a pumpkin.

Um. I don't even want to think about how long that took to knit. That head part seems totally unessesary, right? Makes him look like some cross between a Knight Templar and Cinderella's carriage. I came across this while searching for a cute project for one of the many people mentioned above. Don't worry if you, or your child, is on that list. I wouldn't. But if, by chance you would... here, go nuts.
