Got ourselves a juicer and really liking it. The boys are now getting their nutrients from a HUGE variety of sources. Makes me feel better since all they every really want to eat is cheese.

This concoction is carrot, kale, apple, lemon, and ginger. I took the juice and threw it in the blender with a banana and some frozen strawberries from our picking adventure. Yummy.

Awesome!! I put a bit of kale in my morning drink too along with a little ground flax seed and a little nutritional yeast lots of fruit, some bananas of course and some almond milk for liquid! Love it! Love it! Ed even drinks some! Great alternative to dairy! You can even add a little knox geletin and freeze it for popsicles. I've never done that but saw a recipe for it someplace!! Bet the kids are enjoying that!
